1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ef77 platform — including ef77 Casino, the ef77 sportsbook, and all associated services available at ef77.app — you ("the User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ef77.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease use of the ef77 platform and must not register an account. ef77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use ef77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ef77 strictly prohibits use by anyone under 18. This is a mandatory and non-negotiable requirement.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities may not register as individual players.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ef77 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.

ef77 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation — including a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification — at any point during registration, or before processing a withdrawal. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified may be suspended pending verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance refunded to the original payment source.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) ef77 account. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. ef77 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user.

3.2 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ef77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your ef77 account will be treated as having been conducted by you, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your ef77 account, you must notify ef77 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. ef77 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the user failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting their credentials.

3.3 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. ef77 may require you to re-verify your identity following changes to account details. ef77 reserves the right to suspend accounts where updated information cannot be verified.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

ef77 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, USDT TRC20, and other payment methods as listed in the platform at any given time. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your ef77 account. All deposits are credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification, the absence of pending bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms. ef77 processes JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals within 15–45 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 15 minutes to 2 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.

ef77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above a threshold determined by ef77 at its discretion. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

4.3 Currency

The ef77 platform operates with a PKR wallet. No currency conversion fees are charged on PKR deposits. Transaction fees imposed by third-party payment processors (e.g., mobile wallet operators or banks) are the responsibility of the user.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

ef77 does not accept deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties. Deposits intended for purposes other than genuine gaming activity may be reversed. ef77 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets on ef77 are subject to the specific rules displayed within each game or market. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game or market.

5.2 Sports Betting

Bets placed on ef77's sportsbook are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted. ef77 reserves the right to void bets placed on events or markets that were incorrectly priced due to a manifest error ("palpable error"). In such cases, the voided stake will be returned to your ef77 wallet. PSL, international cricket, football, basketball, tennis, UFC, and other markets may be suspended or removed at ef77's discretion.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games on ef77 use certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by internationally regulated software studios. ef77 does not alter RNG outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate to the best of ef77's knowledge based on provider-supplied data.

5.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet settlement, ef77 reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and return the stake to the user's wallet. ef77 is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions beyond ef77's reasonable control.

• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the ef77 platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using ef77 for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your ef77 account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards ef77 staff or other users.

ef77 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including account closure, fund forfeiture, and legal action.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ef77 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ef77 platform.
• Loss of funds due to technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or telecommunications failures outside ef77's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Any decisions made by you based on information displayed on the ef77 platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.

ef77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

ef77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documentation.
• Use of the platform by a person under 18 years of age.
• Activation of a self-exclusion arrangement.
• Inactivity — accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed subject to applicable dormancy policies.

Upon termination for cause, ef77 may forfeit any bonus balances. Real-money balances will be returned to the user via the original payment method after deducting any amounts owed to ef77. Users wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact support at [email protected].

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the terms of ef77's operating licence. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ef77, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ef77 support.

ef77 operates a formal dispute resolution process. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be escalated through the formal complaints procedure described in the ef77 support documentation. ef77 reserves the right to seek any legal or equitable remedy available to it in relation to breaches of these Terms.
